New ILO team member Dr. Max Reinwald received the Schmalenbach Prize 2020

21.09.2020

Dr. Max Reinwald was awarded the Schmalenbach Prize 2020 for his dissertation entitled "Putting Workplace Demography in Context: A Cross-Level Perspective".

Since 1988, the Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft has been awarding this prize annually to honor outstanding research work which meets the criteria of being application-oriented, theoretically or empirically sound and representing a scientific advancement in business administration in service of business practice. The prize-winning work should build on the work of Eugen Schmalenbach, one of the founders of academic business administration studies and research.

Max Reinwald has been an assistant professor at the Institute for Leadership and Organization (ILO) since September 15. We welcome Max at ILO and congratulate him on his award!
