The Institute for Leadership and Organization (ILO) focuses especially on this core aspect of organizational leadership. The activities of our institute are internationally oriented, for example through seminars held in English, international research collaborations, as well as visibility of our research results at international conferences and in leading international journals. This offers significant contributions to key areas of management; for example regionally/nationally through research projects and workshops with companies; internationally through publications in leading journals.
